We are often hunting the country for the items most of you seek the most! Our product line consisting of Rabbit Tanaka, Can You Imagine, Lumisource, Lumaseries, Lava Lite etc - Can sometimes run thin depending on overall availability. The majority of these products are no longer made - so we either have to refurbish them, or occasionally we do come across a warehouse full of brand new old stock. Keep checking back as we try to update our vintage catalog regularly! 

Under normal circumstances, our lava lamps are not dangerous. However, lava lamps can get very hot while in operation - so it is vital to follow the instructions included with each lava lamp. Do not place your lamp on the floor or in an area that is easily accesible to kids or pets. 

YES! If you experience any issue with your product, we will make sure it gets replaced as soon as possible. All of our products include a standard 1 month warranty - however individual products may offer their own manufacturer's warranty as well. Warranties can be voided under certain circumstances - please contact us for more information. 

Currently we only ship within the United States, the United Kingdom, and Canada, but we hope to expand our destinations soon! Please be aware that *MOST* Lava Lamps and Vintage items cannot be shipped outside of the United States. Return shipping is available on a case by case basis. For example, if your product was damaged during shipping - your product may need to be returned to us or picked up by UPS. In some instances, returning the product is not necessary. Returning the product is necessary to receive any sort of refund. Product returns are also subject to a re-stocking fee. Sometimes Lava Lamps can become cloudy during transit. Most of the time, this can be cleared up with normal use. Please visit our Dr. Lava page for additional help with lava lamps.
